A Humbling Experience I met with Joseph, Jeremy, and Tom from CauseMatch as well as a few others. Ahavas Israel First Causematch campaign What stands out in my mind as I think about the crowdfunding campaign Ahavas Israel of Passaic has just completed with the help of Causematch is the absolutely incredibly POSITIVE EXPERIENCE IT WAS!!!! When I decided my Shul should enlist Causematch as our fundraising arm I was a bit weary if indeed it was stepping too far into uncharted territory. After all we had never done something like this before. To make a long story very short, I no longer have such concerns. Very satisfied Roots was very satisfied with the CauseMatch platform and especially with the customer service provided by Sofia and the other members of the team. They were responsive and very helpful at just about all hours of the day and night. It was actually quite amazing. If we don't find a platform with a lower fee, I think we will almost definitely use CauseMatch again in the future. The one problem we did have is that they could not accept donations in Israel through the channel that we had been using in the past, and the net result of that was that our contributors in Israel were not able to get tax exempt status for the donations they gave through CauseMatch.
