I also felt there wasn’t enough coaching for the technical side of things. For example, I had no idea that I could have added a feature to make some of the donors personal information mandatory

I can't say enough good things! I can't say enough good things about CauseMatch! The CauseMatch team was available for every question or issue, came up with a strong marketing strategy, closely coached us through more difficult phases of the campaign, and pushed us to be bolder and think bigger than we would have on our own. In the end it all completely paid off when our campaign raised 3x what we originally hoped for and reached hundreds more donors than we anticipated. I can't recommend CauseMatch enough!

This is the 4th matching campaign our… This is the 4th matching campaign our school has done. I have scene an improvement in the software and more importantly the person customer support. This year the customore support before the campaign kept me on track and when I was about to give up or postpone the campaign it really kept me going.

Causematch delivers everything they promise!!!!! We were very nervous about not reaching our goal in the campaign due to the war but with CauseMatch cheering us along and holding our hand and guiding us in the most positive way we were successful... the staff is professional and warm and always available to answer our needs...
