Very satisfied Roots was very satisfied with the CauseMatch platform and especially with the customer service provided by Sofia and the other members of the team. They were responsive and very helpful at just about all hours of the day and night. It was actually quite amazing. If we don't find a platform with a lower fee, I think we will almost definitely use CauseMatch again in the future. The one problem we did have is that they could not accept donations in Israel through the channel that we had been using in the past, and the net result of that was that our contributors in Israel were not able to get tax exempt status for the donations they gave through CauseMatch.

Our Success through CauseMatch We have used CauseMatch for our last 4 campaigns, which all successfully reached their goals. Not only is their ever-improving platform easy to use and understand, the guidance from the creative writing, graphics, and most importantly fundraising coach were all keys towards our success. The campaign is only 48 hours during the year, but the guidance and road that leads up to the campaign throughout the rest of the year is paved by CauseMatch.

Thank you We were quite happy with the results in the end. We reached our goal. The day-by-day team was responsive to our needs and responded quickly to different things we needed. Regarding the initial setup process. I think we felt that we there would be more tech support and support for setting up the swipe, the financial issues/currency, etc. Once we fully understood the way things were working, we were able to work with the team and develop strategies for dealing with a multi-currency campaign. Lesson learned, as well is that it is important to start as early as possible. Something we will take into next year's campaign. Thank you for your support.

Ahavas Israel First Causematch campaign What stands out in my mind as I think about the crowdfunding campaign Ahavas Israel of Passaic has just completed with the help of Causematch is the absolutely incredibly POSITIVE EXPERIENCE IT WAS!!!! When I decided my Shul should enlist Causematch as our fundraising arm I was a bit weary if indeed it was stepping too far into uncharted territory. After all we had never done something like this before. To make a long story very short, I no longer have such concerns. Tom (Tuvia) Noah, Yakira and the rest of the incredible Causematch held our hand throughout in a positive reassuring and caring manner.
