I can't say enough good things! I can't say enough good things about CauseMatch! The CauseMatch team was available for every question or issue, came up with a strong marketing strategy, closely coached us through more difficult phases of the campaign, and pushed us to be bolder and think bigger than we would have on our own. In the end it all completely paid off when our campaign raised 3x what we originally hoped for and reached hundreds more donors than we anticipated. I can't recommend CauseMatch enough!

Great platform and support! It is so wonderful to have the CauseMatch team on our side. Their platform is easy to use (although the backend for mobile devices still needs an upgrade which I am told will be ready soon), customer support is quick to reply and very very helpful. Bini Maryles is an amazing coach and gives such great encouragement. We ran 2 successful campaigns this past year and we look forward to many more! Thank you all

Thank you We were quite happy with the results in the end. We reached our goal. The day-by-day team was responsive to our needs and responded quickly to different things we needed. Regarding the initial setup process. I think we felt that we there would be more tech support and support for setting up the swipe, the financial issues/currency, etc. Once we fully understood the way things were working, we were able to work with the team and develop strategies for dealing with a multi-currency campaign. Lesson learned, as well is that it is important to start as early as possible. Something we will take into next year's campaign. Thank you for your support.

Sophie and her team were the best tech… Sophie and her team were the best tech support ever. I felt so held and looked after. The quick response rate made it easy to encounter challenges. The Butterfly Art Project have had a very successful campaign. To work with team leaders guiding ambassadors helping to fundraise is an excellent idea!
