This is the 4th matching campaign our… This is the 4th matching campaign our school has done. I have scene an improvement in the software and more importantly the person customer support. This year the customore support before the campaign kept me on track and when I was about to give up or postpone the campaign it really kept me going.

Was overall a pretty smooth experience Was overall a smooth experience. There are some things I would like to have changed on the causematch page. For example, to personalize ambassador pages. I also felt there wasn’t enough coaching for the technical side of things. For example, I had no idea that I could have added a feature to make some of the donors personal information mandatory

Sophie and her team were the best tech… Sophie and her team were the best tech support ever. I felt so held and looked after. The quick response rate made it easy to encounter challenges. The Butterfly Art Project have had a very successful campaign. To work with team leaders guiding ambassadors helping to fundraise is an excellent idea!

Ahavas Israel First Causematch campaign What stands out in my mind as I think about the crowdfunding campaign Ahavas Israel of Passaic has just completed with the help of Causematch is the absolutely incredibly POSITIVE EXPERIENCE IT WAS!!!! When I decided my Shul should enlist Causematch as our fundraising arm I was a bit weary if indeed it was stepping too far into uncharted territory. After all we had never done something like this before. To make a long story very short, I no longer have such concerns. Tom (Tuvia) Noah, Yakira and the rest of the incredible Causematch held our hand throughout in a positive reassuring and caring manner. Anytime we had a question or were not tech savvy enough they were there 24/7 to "take care of us". Thank you to causematch on behalf of Ahavas Israel of Passaic!!
