Would recommend this facility for the Doctors! Great Dr.s and good staff. I would especially recommend Dr. Guirguis to anyone that needs a pain Dr.. Also I have only seen Dr. Otero once however he seems to be a good caring Dr. also. They just need more staff training and a few more tweaks to the office, to make visits more smooth and shorten wait times. I would have given them five stars however the office is terrible working with insurance and getting prior authorizations done in a timely manor! Also a good cleaning would help!

Dr Guirguis is a great, kind and caring physician Dr. Guirguis is great! He is a kind and caring physician. Since he just moved to Pain Relief Centers, I'll give it 4 stars. The office is old, needs painting and it shares a waiting room with a Cancer Center. (On the day I was there) the Cancer receptionist was asking people who were not Cancer patients to move to the pain side to sit. It was busy, but there were seats. Honestly, given the tiniest fraction of authority, some people (receptionist) will push her tiny authority as far as she can to make herself feel better about a job she must hate. BTW, I sat on the Pain Relief side, but I could see how patients reacted to the Cancer receptionist's order to move. Paint the office and I'll give 5 stars the next review after it's painted.

Doesn't anyone believe I cleaning this office center? Once again the only reason I cannot give Pain Relief Center 5 stars is the FILTH of the facility. Today that door into the treatment room looked as if it has still not been cleaned; it has been dirty since I started coming to the new center fir my continuing care! AND the floor inside the treatment room to which we were taken was also filthy. Isn't cleanliness important to anyone there?

Making the new patient appointment Making the new patient appointment, I hadn’t slept in almost 36 hours from painsomnia. They squeezed me in the same day. The office staff is friendly and helpful and approachable. They screen each time for mental health issues which can go along with chronic pain. The doctor was kind and gave me something for sleep and muscle pain and ordered xrays. I go back in a few weeks with my rheumatologist records and get a tailored treatment plan to help manage my pain long term. So relieved.

I have been coming to West Park Doctors… I have been coming to West Park Doctors for 5 years. They are very caring doctors and do everything to make you feel better and comfortable and meet your needs they care about your feelings they're not just there to get you in and out the door I could definitely never meet a finer set of doctors
