Very Impressed Used another on-line service with no problems until recently. Did a quick google search and found Freedomhealthonline. After reading many positive reviews I placed my order. Not only was it so much cheaper than the place I used before but the postage was free of charge too! No problems, no hassle and my order arrived very fast which was most appreciated especially as it was sent free. Being kept up to date with emails was great too. Once understood, I found the process very straight-forward I was quite confused by the online service from the website navigation. I was unclear what exactly the online service consisted of and how to order something from it. Once I finally sorted it out, it was fine. It just took quite awhile and I almost gave up.

Not yet arrived after a week Last time medication arrived in two days..this time a week later nothing. too busy to follow up today so let's hope it comes down and fits through the door as no time to go to the post office to collect

FreedomHealth...when your GP says no but you need the prescription. My LDL count does not trigger the NICE value for NHS treatment BUT my new employer demands a lower risk. If your GP can't/won't prescribe Statins but you need them then for small dose private prescriptions this company has delivered what my Taxes could not. Thank you.

Great service, not so great technology FreedomHealth offer a great, efficient and engaging service. I feel comfortable addressing some difficult and personal issues. My only negative comment is the website is not great, it often has glitches, it doesn't really allow you to do repeat orders, and I have had issues where it has lost the adders details submitted for an order. All was resolved quickly by the team, but it needs work.
