Customer Service Stinks. You can really tell how a good a company is when things don't go right. That's what happened. I contacted them directly and should have done so on here as they seem reasonable when it's under the public eye. I have ordered the generic brands for a while now and every time I order it's a new package and new manufacturer with varied effectiveness. Will have to look for another company unfortunately. I'm still waiting for a response from my refund which I haven't received yet.

Not yet arrived after a week Last time medication arrived in two days..this time a week later nothing. too busy to follow up today so let's hope it comes down and fits through the door as no time to go to the post office to collect

I wouldn’t bother I wouldn’t bother. Tried to claim a few times and it was always denied. I cancelled the policy.

Very Impressed Used another on-line service with no problems until recently. Did a quick google search and found Freedomhealthonline. After reading many positive reviews I placed my order. Not only was it so much cheaper than the place I used before but the postage was free of charge too! No problems, no hassle and my order arrived very fast which was most appreciated especially as it was sent free. Being kept up to date with emails was great too. Wouldn't use any other website. The first time I used this website I waited over 7 days for my order and it had not arrived. I rang up and they accepted full responsibility, apologised profusely and got my order out to me the next day. This hasn't happened since and I've been ordering for around 12 months now. I would not use any other website. 10/10 customer service, orders accepted within half n hour, delivered the day after order confirmation. Absolutely brilliant.
