Wouldn't use any other website. The first time I used this website I waited over 7 days for my order and it had not arrived. I rang up and they accepted full responsibility, apologised profusely and got my order out to me the next day. This hasn't happened since and I've been ordering for around 12 months now. I would not use any other website. 10/10 customer service, orders accepted within half n hour, delivered the day after order confirmation. Absolutely brilliant.

excellent site Easy and quick to use. Only improvement would be to give times on response emails i.e. when you send a notification saying your order is being reviewed by a doctor would be good to state how long from that point until it is processed - first time I ordered I was not sure if this would take an hour, a day or several days.

I've still not received my order from 31st August. I've always been happy with the service I've received from Freedomhealth. However on this occasion having contacted them twice I have still not taken delivery of my order.

FreedomHealth...when your GP says no but you need the prescription. My LDL count does not trigger the NICE value for NHS treatment BUT my new employer demands a lower risk. If your GP can't/won't prescribe Statins but you need them then for small dose private prescriptions this company has delivered what my Taxes could not. Thank you.

Morning after pill! Paid for next day delivery on Friday lunchtime - didn't receive order until the following Tuesday!! Far too late to use within the required 72hours.
