GBThere are better options out there Honestly not super happy with my experience with MeMD. To treat a chronic condition (hives) I was put on a 5-day treatment of medication. When that didn't help, I called back to find out if I could get a refill. That's when I found out that there is a 7-day wait period from the time of my first appointment, meaning that not only would I have to pay for another $70 consultation, but they would not guarantee care until 7 days had passed. I went to another website and received the care I needed.

GBIn the past In the past, I have relied on memd to treat me for sinus infections. However, tonight, I paid 67$ and learned that the memd doctors are not allowed to prescribe antibiotics for sinus infections. I don't know how they will make money by denying medicine, but I feel I needed to inform other patients of their new rule. Very disappointing.

GBThis service was fast and affordable This service was fast and affordable. Although I did request a video chat. I received a phone call instead. And the price advertised is different once you get into making your appointment. The Dr. did read and study my symptoms before calling so he had advice and questions ready. Repeated all information back to me so that I knew my options and plan of care.

GBWorst experience ever. Worst experience ever. It's been over a month and I am still trying to get an appointment set up. They have charged my card after they couldn't figure out how to use my insurance... Allstate/Cigna??? They canceled an appointment without me knowing. They only have availability a week or more out. You have to call to set up an appointment. The portal is no longer letting me see appointments (forever loading... for the past week)

GBHello and thank you for the opportunity… Hello and thank you for the opportunity to review. I was disappointed in the service, and while I understand the limitations of a virtual appointment, it was less than I'd hoped. I was experiencing ear pain that I hoped to get guidance for. I was told to not get excited about it (or dismissive words to that effect), although I'd had ear pain for 3 weeks. That same day I passed out on the floor of my room and ended up in the hospital. They decided I had a severe intestinal virus, and was dehydrated, but I feel that the inner ear infection that was diagnosed a few days later was also in play. I realize your doctors and staff may be overwhelmed right now, but perhaps a few more questions would have been helpful and helped me avoid a trip to the hospital. Thank you for the opportunity to give feedback, Lynn
