GBTrustworthy Compassionate Care I have had 2 excellent experiences using memd, and my husband found them! Yes, my husband :) He researched other options and found that some charge monthly fees, or have 7 day trials which at that point you have to cancel. I dont want that headache when I'm sick, or in my situation I was in transition between healthcare jobs and was w/o insurance. For myself I just want what I give to patients, honest compassionate care. That's what I received. Thank you again memd. I appreciate you.

GBWorst experience ever. Worst experience ever. It's been over a month and I am still trying to get an appointment set up. They have charged my card after they couldn't figure out how to use my insurance... Allstate/Cigna??? They canceled an appointment without me knowing. They only have availability a week or more out. You have to call to set up an appointment. The portal is no longer letting me see appointments (forever loading... for the past week)

GBWorst provider ever Worst provider ever! Do not waste time/co-pay. I have had a fever for 4 days with a worsening sore throat and ears. She told me she did not want to give me a z-pack as I may get a bladder infection. She went on to go over gargling with salt, washing my hands, taking ibuprofen etc. I am 56 years old and wasn’t born yesterday. Bottom of the barrel provider that obviously has free time most likely because she doesn’t have a following. Downhill from MeMd that was marginal at best.

GBQuick Easy Cheap Didn't take more than a hour from start to finish. Dr. prescribed what I needed without a long, expensive, and embarrassing trip to an office. Insurance covered most of the medication cost. $70 (including medication) headache free easy treatment. I was skeptical after trying Teledoc years ago but this visit with this company worked out great.

GBIn the past In the past, I have relied on memd to treat me for sinus infections. However, tonight, I paid 67$ and learned that the memd doctors are not allowed to prescribe antibiotics for sinus infections. I don't know how they will make money by denying medicine, but I feel I needed to inform other patients of their new rule. Very disappointing.
