GBTERRIBLE TERRIBLE. Advertised on the website that Red Cross and American Heart Association are the same BLS/CPR certificate. Arrived at the class at 6:25 with a start time of 6:30 and the instructor was already teaching and we were not late. He was annoyed because there were more people than he expected at the class. Halfway through he asked me if I needed American Heart Association certificate and I said "Yes" he said this class was only for Red Cross certificate. My hospital job as a travel nurse only allows American Heart Association. FALSE ADVERTISING. He told us to call to get a refund the next day. I tried to call, the man was less than helpful so I asked to talk to the supervisor who NEVER CALLED back! DON'T GO HERE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T HELP.

GB1 star - Still waiting for my CPR card, 5 stars for Instructor To whom it may concern, I have not received my CPR card, yet. I cannot submit a job application until I receive my CPR certification. CPR class was taken Dec 20 (almost 2 months). I've sent several emails and never received an email verification nor card.

GBTotally unreliable and dishonest Needed CPR class for dental license renewal. First class was canceled, next class announced location change that would not work for me. With deadline approaching, I opted to pay additional fee for in-home private class. That was canceled shortly before instructor was due to arrive. Final option with them to get certified on time was to take a FaceTime class. I was told to call the instructors cell phone at a specific time. She did not answer her phone. Was able to get certified in time through another company. Enjoy CPR did refund my upcharge for the individual class, but refused to refund my original $79 fee for the group class.

GBTOOK COURSE 1/26/17 - NOT HAPPY, WHERE'S MY CARD THAT WAS TO BE MAILED THE NEXT DAY (1/27/17)? I already sent in one review, apparently you don't read them! On that one I gave 4 out of 5 stars because of delay in receiving my certification card and STILL do not have it! If no response, I'll do another review with 0 stars - very disappointed!
