Terrible Company Terrible Company. Besides payment nothing went according to plan. The instructor was 1.5 hours late for a 3 hour class. She then made excuses and rushed through the material. There was no customer service available to call on the weekend. Every time I spoke to customer service they made excuse that had to "investigate" what happened. Finally they offered a partial refund but I had to take a two hour online class. After completing the online portion I did not get my card in the mail. I called customer service and, guess what, they acted like it wasn't there problem. I got my certification card 30 days after finishing the course., after my phone call. Oh, and they "forgot" to process my partial refund until I called them about it. Terrible inept company, run by unprofessional children. Take your business elsewhere.

Totally unreliable and dishonest Needed CPR class for dental license renewal. First class was canceled, next class announced location change that would not work for me. With deadline approaching, I opted to pay additional fee for in-home private class. That was canceled shortly before instructor was due to arrive. Final option with them to get certified on time was to take a FaceTime class. I was told to call the instructors cell phone at a specific time. She did not answer her phone. Was able to get certified in time through another company. Enjoy CPR did refund my upcharge for the individual class, but refused to refund my original $79 fee for the group class.

I recently paid $85.00 for adult infant… I recently paid $85.00 for adult infant CPR and aed class which was supposed to take place 8/10/19, the day before the class i received a call from someone at Enjoy CPR informing me that the class has been cancelled I was told that I'll be refunded the $85.00 I had paid, I've emailed the company and I've called and I've yet to get any type of response regarding my refund.

EnjoyCPR is to be avoided at all costs! EnjoyCPR is to be avoided at all costs! They are greedy, unethical and dishonest. They make their instructors beg for their compensation and still won't pay. They knowingly sign students up for BLS when they know that most medical facilities will only take American Heart Association BLS certification. They consistently put people in the wrong classes. They are a joke.

Unacceptable My Saturday AM class was rescheduled to a Sunday afternoon class, then rescheduled again to a Sunday evening class 9/9/16 @4P (as a 2.5hr home course and then a 30 minute live session) with less than 48 hours notice. The local course instructor, who I have had for years, is absolutely fabulous, was 15 minutes late as he stated he had to come from a DE course just for my healthcare professional class size of 3. Had I known the home course would've taken 2.5-3 hours as a self taught recert I would've rescheduled the class all together. Poorly done EnjoyCPR
