USTerrible Company Terrible Company. Besides payment nothing went according to plan. The instructor was 1.5 hours late for a 3 hour class. She then made excuses and rushed through the material. There was no customer service available to call on the weekend. Every time I spoke to customer service they made excuse that had to "investigate" what happened. Finally they offered a partial refund but I had to take a two hour online class. After completing the online portion I did not get my card in the mail. I called customer service and, guess what, they acted like it wasn't there problem. I got my certification card 30 days after finishing the course., after my phone call. Oh, and they "forgot" to process my partial refund until I called them about it. Terrible inept company, run by unprofessional children. Take your business elsewhere.

UScould be called LoveCPR I have taken both CPR/AED and 1st Aid classes with EnjoyCPR. Every class and each instructor has been great. The classes move at a quick pace, but they never feel rushed. Hands-on practice begins almost immediately, which is the absolute best way to learn and remember the skills. The instructors are qualified, experienced, and personable. I always leave a training feeling well-informed and prepared. I highly recommend EnjoyCPR!

USExcellent CPR course Greatly appreciated course being available on a Saturday 9 am-12 . Appreciated the set up of the course , practice dummy's placed on tables versus having to get on and off floor. I have bad knees and back. First CPR course were I did not leave in pain. Also Comfortable chairs . The instructor Ben communicated well, answered all questions and presented examples well. I will definitely return every 2 years for my CPR renewal. I would highly recommend course. Due to the neighborhood being congested definitely allow extra time to find a non meter parking space.

USFirst aid needs more "hands on" training While the CPR part of the training allowed us to practice on the manikins, the first aid part was talk. We were not shown how to prepare a tourniquet, how to perform Heimlich maneuver, or even how to bandage a wound. I can't say this training truely prepared me for these situations.

USTOOK COURSE 1/26/17 - NOT HAPPY, WHERE'S MY CARD THAT WAS TO BE MAILED THE NEXT DAY (1/27/17)? I already sent in one review, apparently you don't read them! On that one I gave 4 out of 5 stars because of delay in receiving my certification card and STILL do not have it! If no response, I'll do another review with 0 stars - very disappointed!
