Good Service and Excellent Follow-up I ordered the mirrors online and it said delivery would be within 5 days. It was within 5 working days and the mirrors arrived in perfect condition, despite the external appearance of the packaging which was fairly knocked about. I then received a phone call from the company to check the mirrors had arrived and that I was happy. Can't fault the service or the customer follow-up.

Great service Received my mirror within 5 days and found it to be broken in two on opening package. Called them on Monday and said that they will be replacing it no questions asked. I needed the replacement before Christmas but was not given any guarantees, got call on Wednesday to ask if replacement mirror had arrive, it did soon after and mirror was perfect. This is simply excellent service, highly recommended.

Excellent Having looked online for a made to measure mirror I didn't find many reasonable quotes. This company was great and offered me exactly what I was after including an immediate quote online. The mirror arrived within four days of ordering. I had to change the delivery address but this was not a problem. The company were willing to help in whatever way they could. The mirror is great, just what I was after!
