Do to the pandemic, there were delays in shipping. Royal Pawtrait was prepared to send a replacement for a potential lost package and change the shipping address to accommodate. Bought a portrait as a christmas gift… Bought a portrait as a christmas gift and was blown away with how well it turned out - most other services looked cheap and photoshopped but this looks like a legit renaissance painting. Will definitely use again in the future

My 14 year old shihtzu I sent in various photos of my 14 year old shihtzu including a photo that was a bit dark. When I received her portrait, I was in tears of joy! They did an amazing job & it means so much to me ❤️ I have two other doggies and will be submitting my next orders soon. Can’t wait!

Great Support, Great Quality Shortly after I submitted my order, I got an email from the staff asking if I had any close-up photos of Pancake's paw, because the one in my submitted photo was too blurry. They gave me some tips on taking the photo, and it was well worth it. The final product is perfect!!
