Great Support, Great Quality Shortly after I submitted my order, I got an email from the staff asking if I had any close-up photos of Pancake's paw, because the one in my submitted photo was too blurry. They gave me some tips on taking the photo, and it was well worth it. The final product is perfect!!

Bend the Knee for Queen Isabel! This is the second Pawtrait of Isabel we had commissioned. Once again, the results exceeded our expectations. Her picture was flawlessly integrated into the painting to create a truly regal work of art. We are thrilled with the finished product, which perfectly honors our little queen.

Do to the pandemic, there were delays in shipping. Royal Pawtrait was prepared to send a replacement for a potential lost package and change the shipping address to accommodate. Fantastic Portrait I had to let my pup, Vivienne cross the rainbow bridge and knew I wanted to remember her in a semi-comedic way. I found Royal Pet Pawtrait through a google search and loved the princess template. Vivienne, was of course one and I loved the option she could hold her favorite toy! Now, I don't know how they did it but they were able to capture the emotion in her eyes PERFECTLY! They were so great at asking questions and ensuring I had the best photos of her so they could capture her little face. I could not be any happier with the way the canvas came out and cannot recommend highly enough!

Great service, better product! They were wonderfully patient with me getting everything they needed, and the picture came out beautifully! She even checked in with me when the delivery was running late (it was Xmas time, so I thought nothing of it).
