She also made sure I got my pawtrait before christmas rolled around and I only placed my order on the 15th. The process couldn't have been easier and I felt the customer service was beyond excellent. My 14 year old shihtzu I sent in various photos of my 14 year old shihtzu including a photo that was a bit dark. When I received her portrait, I was in tears of joy! They did an amazing job & it means so much to me ❤️ I have two other doggies and will be submitting my next orders soon. Can’t wait!

Bend the Knee for Queen Isabel! This is the second Pawtrait of Isabel we had commissioned. Once again, the results exceeded our expectations. Her picture was flawlessly integrated into the painting to create a truly regal work of art. We are thrilled with the finished product, which perfectly honors our little queen.

Do to the pandemic, there were delays in shipping. Royal Pawtrait was prepared to send a replacement for a potential lost package and change the shipping address to accommodate.
