eDesk has been Fantastic! eDesk has been Fantastic! We have only been with them for a few months but the experience has been fantastic. Their desire and willingness to learn is awesome. We work in the insurance industry and have an infinite number of variables that can't be accounted for. We had a prior service that wanted a "checklist" for every situation. This was impossible for us to provide as there are so many. Our major focus was finding a company that would be able to adapt and change with these different situations. eDesk does this. It has been smooth and easy to onboard with them. When issues that are new or different come up we discuss how we want to have them taken care of and then off eDesk goes to take care of things. We are happy and grateful for the services we have been able to hand off to them and have a growing list of things we will have them help us take care of. Our employees are happy to be able to hand off some of the time-consuming tasks that keep them from working with our clients.
