We changed from another agency VA to… We changed from another agency VA to edesk and are very happy. We use them for both personal & commercial. I have found their sweet spot is in commercial servicing. They are very good!

eDesk is the best decision we have made in years eDesk makes it easy to outsource time consuming, but important tasks. Out P&C department has 8 people and everyone loves eDesk. Everyone we work with at eDesk is professional and work to fully customize the process for each task prior to starting. Each task our agency has given eDesk has been performed as well as we perform it in the states, sometimes better. Currently, we have them check policies, create renewal certificates, create non time sensitive certificates and track client related costs for health benefits. Endorsement processing will be next once commercial download is up and running. I can't recommend them enough. I interview both of the larger firms in India and China and I dont know how they could do better. The low cost start up with eDesk made it easy to try outsourcing for the first time and I am glad I did.
