Good Customer Service and Always Introducing New Features Guesty is the first channel manager we ever used in our business and we've stayed with them since then. As a growing company in a relatively new industry we accept that sometimes there have been issues but their customer service is very quick to reply to any tickets we open. Our account manager Hila always keeps us in the loop about new developments with regular calls and emails. Our business couldn't have grown the way it has without Guesty and we look forward to many more years working with them.

Guesty has been a life-saver Guesty has been a life-saver for our vacation rental property management business. We've scaled up from 8 listings to 80+ in the past two years with them. They've been very responsive in handling our concerns, especially Kirsti Kompus - stellar customer support. They keep rolling out updates and expanding the offering. While they're not the cheapest, they are the top PM software for short term rentals for a reason - definitely lives up to the old adage that you get what you pay for (in a good way).
