GBTerrible Terrible. Linked my airbnb and they screwed up my calendar so it got double booked and had to pay airbnb to cancel, They also totally screwed up my booking.com account and closed both properties took an 3 hours on the phone to BDC to fix. THIS IT THE WORST THING ever. Suppose to make my life easier - instead ruined all my systems and my properties were not available for 6 days while is fixed the absolute MESS this company made NEVER EVER use them

USGuesty has been a life-saver Guesty has been a life-saver for our vacation rental property management business. We've scaled up from 8 listings to 80+ in the past two years with them. They've been very responsive in handling our concerns, especially Kirsti Kompus - stellar customer support. They keep rolling out updates and expanding the offering. While they're not the cheapest, they are the top PM software for short term rentals for a reason - definitely lives up to the old adage that you get what you pay for (in a good way).
