The Best POS System for any Electronics Repair Shop We just switched to Repair Desk about 2 months ago, the software is great and it's perfect for our needs as an Electronics Repair Shop. They are constantly coming out with new tools and integrations to make our job easier. Whenever I have any questions or concerns about the software, their customer support staff has always been super helpful. Never had to wait on hold. They are always happy to screen share and walk you through any part of their software. I talked to Sakina today and she was super helpful, she even walked me through how to link our new printer! They always go above and beyond with their customer support and their software is the perfect POS System for any repair shop. 10/10 we recommend for every small-medium size repair shop!

I started using RepairDesk a while ago… I started using RepairDesk a while ago and it was a bit challenging at the start to learn but as soon as I get familiar to this it become much more simpler and provided me an ease in my daily business flow. My printers work fine with it and every thing is slef managed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SOLUTION TO ALL THE CELL PHONE REPAIR SHOPS!!!!!!!! Support team is always responsive specially the guy Faisal helped mw with setting up couple of things.

We absolutely love Repair Desk! We absolutely love Repair Desk! We love the fact that they are adding new features all the time such as integrating social media (Facebook, GMB, Instagram, Whatsapp) into the program so we wont have to go to those platforms individually to respond to customers. The Phone Pro program has been working awsome as well. We have not even used all the features of Repair Desk. Repairdesk is a must-have cell phone… Repairdesk is a must-have cell phone repair software. Repairdesk an outstanding solution Before Repairdesk, I tried various software, such as repairshopr, which had poor customer service, and none of them seemed to fit in our workflow. But once we started with RepairDesk, it was clear that this POS had everything we needed to manage our store. It does not only provide ticket creation features but also other features such as SMS management, employee management and reporting that help us make better decisions to grow our business.
