GBReally love the need help feature with… Really love the "need help?" feature built right into repairdesk! It's so nice to quickly have someone to help you at the moment you run into an issue instead of waiting on hold forever as I have experienced with many other companies. My technician Arnold is very familiar with the ins and outs of this software and does an outstanding job!

GBI am extremely satisfied with… I am extremely satisfied with Repairdesk I am extremely satisfied with the support got from Arnold. After my complete training Now Arnold looks after my queries! POS system is very good and serves the purpose. Arnold is always there to help you through any questions and will take remote control of your computer if necessary to help complete setup tasks. Definitely would recommend it.

GBThe reviews on this are sketchy af. I'm starting to feel fishy about these constant 5 star glowing reviews, 2 of them say almost the same exact message. We have been experiencing nothing but complication after complication, this software was sold to us as a working product and some basic functions (like customer intake signatures, importing items to inventory, keeping email/sms notifications off for the customer after actually toggling them off already, the quirks and unreliability goes on), and the supports answer after detailing my concerns and issues is always "reset cookies/cache" (a band-aid, not a solution), or restart browser. This feels like a Beta that is not quite ready for launch, the concept is there and I think the software is brilliant.......... when it works that is.

GBRepair desk is hands down better than… Repair desk is hands down better than any other POS in integration, usability and customer service support. Well repair desk was recommended to me by a mutual friend, I did think it was pricey at 1st but it does exactly what i need, literally everything!!, i got rid of All my old packages and booking keeping software and in the long term saved money and time. but that is not the best part, the repair desk team are 2nd to none, they offer 1st class world wide customer support even i'm impressed and that is not easily done, yes the software is under a big revamp and i literally cannot wait , ive just renewed for my 2nd year more than happy !!! 100 stars!
