Now it’s easy to find products, events, and share those images with our clients. It is our main hub spot for all things related to our company.

Great Cloud Storage Solution Canto has made file storage issues a thing of the past. We are able to quickly and easily upload images or files and quickly share them to anyone. Building your image database has also never been easier. Consumers can use a link and upload images that are first proofed by an admin you choose and easily sorted into files for quick reference later. The meta tags and search function is also extremely powerful and easy to use.

It has eliminated the need for multiple, duplicate files that take up shared drive space and cause confusion. It also provides the best Customer Service of any vendor with which I work. They are proactive in checking in, making sure we are maximizing our use of the platform and informing us of new functionality that is released quarterly. We have been so pleased, we signed a three-year contract when renewing our agreement. Can't recommend them enough!

The initial onboarding did take some time and there was a learning curve to get used to using Canto. However, Canto is a much better solution than having our files scattered in various places such as dropbox, email, and messenger apps.

Easy to navigate and customizable I use Canto to manage images for marketing and website purposes. So far this is my favorite file management system. It is easy to navigate no matter the person's skill level. I can share files via email or a link. I can make folders private if not everyone has the copyright to use the photo. I can select the file size when downloading and select the dimensions I want. Thumbnail loading can lag sometimes but the downloading is fast. I recommend Canto!
