WebHostingBuzz Support fix and solve your problems! I have been working WebHostingBuzz for years, and their support is always very competent. Quite often they solve and fix the problem I might be having or as a minimum give me instructions to resolve other systems for myself! Totally recommend their service and really use the support when you have issues, it will save you learning a million things and TIME!

They Need Copy of Passport to host my site. Signed up after seeing a recommendation on a forum. Paid via Paypal and moved my files and exported database. Received an email shortly saying that account is flagged as high risk and need my copy of passport. Really? For $8/month subscription paid via Paypal, you need copy of a passport??? what kind of joke is this? What era they are living in? People are buying $1000 worth of airline tickets online these days only giving payment information. I didn't want to test how far their ridiculousness goes. Cancelled right away.

OMG Erwin Zainal at WebHostingBuzz is amazing! OMG! A friend notified me that my entire website was down. When I contacted WebHostingBuzz, my tech support person checked and found ALL my files had been deleted. He was able to find a backup of the files and restore my ENTIRE website in a matter of a few minutes while I waited. Although it should have taken up to an hour, he had it done perfectly in about 10 minutes or less. Thanks to Erwin Zainal, who was so polite and helpful, I have avoided major time and cost. Thank you Erwin !

Experience was good with this rep! Good overall Experience was good with this rep! I wish the support could be faster replied to although. I love these guys I love these guys! I've used a lot of hosting providers over the years, and WHB hands down, has the best customer service of anyone I've ever used. They're fast, efficient, and soooo helpful, even when I have stupid questions or irrational requests!
