Quite often they solve and fix the problem I might be having or as a minimum give me instructions to resolve other systems for myself! OMG Erwin Zainal at WebHostingBuzz is amazing! OMG! A friend notified me that my entire website was down. When I contacted WebHostingBuzz, my tech support person checked and found ALL my files had been deleted. He was able to find a backup of the files and restore my ENTIRE website in a matter of a few minutes while I waited.
