OMG Erwin Zainal at WebHostingBuzz is amazing! OMG! A friend notified me that my entire website was down. When I contacted WebHostingBuzz, my tech support person checked and found ALL my files had been deleted. He was able to find a backup of the files and restore my ENTIRE website in a matter of a few minutes while I waited. Although it should have taken up to an hour, he had it done perfectly in about 10 minutes or less. Thanks to Erwin Zainal, who was so polite and helpful, I have avoided major time and cost. Catastrophic experience by having my account frozen Wise review Catastrophic experience with Wise. Out of the blue, my business account is frozen, whilst the highly efficient compliance team at Wise checks that my company is legitimate. They warn me that this could take them up to 7 (!!) days. In the meantime, I cannot transfer money anymore, and the end of year closing of accounts is coming soon. My account with this organisation goes back to 2017. Totally unprofessional.
