14 years & beyond, WebHostingBuzz I've been using Webhostingbuzz from 2008. It's been a really long time with them. Like every other Company, they've had their ups and downs. Mines a personal website and a very small Company website that's hosted with them. They are always quick to respond and are a courteous bunch. The best part, I'm still paying the same prices that I'd paid in 2008 using a coupon which has remained my renewal pricing till date. Inbetween, they'd even increased my quotas once. From a small business / personal website perspective, Webhosting Buzz is a great option. They're honest in their pricing and decent with their responses even after 10+ years! Sometimes charecter & trust are built over years of business; Webhosting Buzz has shown me consistently that they're worthy of this!

I love these guys I love these guys! I've used a lot of hosting providers over the years, and WHB hands down, has the best customer service of anyone I've ever used. They're fast, efficient, and soooo helpful, even when I have stupid questions or irrational requests!

Superior Tech Support I have been a hosted client with WebHostingBuzz since December 2007. WebHostingBuzz is consistently to improve it's hosting service. Today SSL becomes very important to run a web site on the Internat, because Internet surfers most likely will not visit a web site without SSL. When I requested SSL for my web site imageexpression.net, in no time, WebHostBuzz installed free SSL for me. Thanks to Dmmitriy B & Ivan T, what a superior tech support!

They Need Copy of Passport to host my site. Signed up after seeing a recommendation on a forum. Paid via Paypal and moved my files and exported database. Received an email shortly saying that account is flagged as high risk and need my copy of passport. Really? For $8/month subscription paid via Paypal, you need copy of a passport??? what kind of joke is this? What era they are living in? People are buying $1000 worth of airline tickets online these days only giving payment information. I didn't want to test how far their ridiculousness goes. Cancelled right away.
