They referred me to Phonak, and they couldn't help either. I finally found someone at Advvanced Bionacs, the supplier of my cochlear implant, who knew exactly what to do to fix the problem.

GBGot exactly what I asked for and in a… Got exactly what I asked for and in a timely manner. I needed a charger for my hearing aids, my original one had the springs dislocated so it wasn’t holding my hearing aids in place to get a charge. Sadly, anyone who been dealing with hearing loss knows, hearing aids and accessories are not cheap. Even with the price, I am extremely happy that I found a charger that is compatible with my hearing aids. Now my hearing aids is fully charged and I am ready to tackle the day. Thank you.
