I was in and out in a half hour I was in and out in a half hour. The receptionist Robbin had helped me previously, when they were in between audiologists, and was very helpful. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction and I was shown the correct way to clean and maintain my hearing aids. I look forward to more productive appointments in the future.

Great experience Revolution Hearing did things a bit differently than we are used to. Taking a moment to understand our specific concerns and making sure we got a hearing aid that fits our goals was extremely helpful

My personal contact has been Jennifer… My personal contact has been Jennifer Trainham who has been excellent. She listens well, is personable and friendly while also being very professional with her advice and recommendations. My devices arrived punctually after being ordered and her followup care as described anove. The office I went to is convenient to my home,auxilliary staff have been very welcoming and I appreciate that staff have created an office space that is pleasant to the eye, even putting flowering plants by the front door. It is often that the extra touches add a welcoming feeling to the experience , which has been overall a very positive one. And I got the benefits I was looking for in using my hearing aids!

Still waiting for call to set up in… Still waiting for Revolution Hearing call to set up in home visit. I am 81-year-old home confined lady. Part of problem could be at my end as my house ph. & c # could not take inbound calls for a few days. As of today, both phones are working. hope they see this and call me @ C# soon to set up appointment for some time in early June. Using to days date as date of experience as I do not remember what day I called them late last week.

Follow-up appointments are easy and enjoyable. I have visited the Revolution Hearing office twice for follow-up appointments after receiving hearing aids. The office location is quite convenient and Amanda's professionalism is wonderful.
