Ongoing Revolution staff has not been helpful or available Ongoing Revolution staff has been uninterested or unavailable to assist me. Last year Ryan was ok until After I got my order then he did not want to assist me & so I went elsewhere this year but needed some adjustment on last years hearing aids again & no one would ever answer the phones so I drove over there during hours & no one was there at the Yorktown office I chose because if it’s proximity to my home. So the hearing aids are worthless if you can’t get help and I would not reco them to anyone! I prefer driving into Newport News to Beach Hearing solutions who take lots of time & help with every issue & I recommended them to my friends!

Check on status of initial complimentary batteries. I didn’t feel I had received all of the batteries committed at time of purchase. Was told it was Tru Hearing’s responsibility, and Revolution couldn’t help! I contacted Tru Hearing at the number I had in my files. They researched and ultimately sent me one-year’s worth of batteries for one of my aids (I had already initially received one-year’s worth for the other directly from Tru-Hearing.). That is what Tru Hearing said I should get, one-year for each aid…I have TWO.
