She listens well, is personable and friendly while also being very professional with her advice and recommendations. My devices arrived punctually after being ordered and her followup care as described anove. The office I went to is convenient to my home,auxilliary staff have been very welcoming and I appreciate that staff have created an office space that is pleasant to the eye, even putting flowering plants by the front door. It is often that the extra touches add a welcoming feeling to the experience , which has been overall a very positive one. And I got the benefits I was looking for in using my hearing aids!

GBI was in and out in a half hour I was in and out in a half hour. The receptionist Robbin had helped me previously, when they were in between audiologists, and was very helpful. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction and I was shown the correct way to clean and maintain my hearing aids. I look forward to more productive appointments in the future.

GBRevolution Backs Up Their Equipment I had trouble with my hearing aids charger. Revolution Hearing sent my hearing aids and charger in to be inspected and repaired under warranty. Phonak replaced all with new equipment.
