GBCheck on status of initial complimentary batteries. I didn’t feel I had received all of the batteries committed at time of purchase. Was told it was Tru Hearing’s responsibility, and Revolution couldn’t help! I contacted Tru Hearing at the number I had in my files. They researched and ultimately sent me one-year’s worth of batteries for one of my aids (I had already initially received one-year’s worth for the other directly from Tru-Hearing.). That is what Tru Hearing said I should get, one-year for each aid…I have TWO.

GBI told Mike what I needed I told Mike what I needed. Budget, equipment and time frame, and he made it happen with a can-do attitude!! Other places either tried a bait and switch or wanted to charge WAY too much. Revolution was straight up honest!

GBFollow-up appointments are easy and enjoyable. I have visited the Revolution Hearing office twice for follow-up appointments after receiving hearing aids. The office location is quite convenient and Amanda's professionalism is wonderful.
