GBRevolution Backs Up Their Equipment I had trouble with my hearing aids charger. Revolution Hearing sent my hearing aids and charger in to be inspected and repaired under warranty. Phonak replaced all with new equipment.

GBI was in and out in a half hour I was in and out in a half hour. The receptionist Robbin had helped me previously, when they were in between audiologists, and was very helpful. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction and I was shown the correct way to clean and maintain my hearing aids. I look forward to more productive appointments in the future.

GBRevolution is Good The process from the hearing test to acquiring the hearing aids was quick and professional! However, and this is not against Revolution Hearing, but the hearing aids I purchased ($2800) don't really work. I was very disappointed...I do have hearing loss at high frequencies but I don't know if my hearing loss is really as bad as what some people say. I'm thinking as I get older the hearing loss will be worse and then the hearing aids may be of use.

GBFollow-up appointments are easy and enjoyable. I have visited the Revolution Hearing office twice for follow-up appointments after receiving hearing aids. The office location is quite convenient and Amanda's professionalism is wonderful.
