USRevolution Backs Up Their Equipment I had trouble with my hearing aids charger. Revolution Hearing sent my hearing aids and charger in to be inspected and repaired under warranty. Phonak replaced all with new equipment.

USMy personal contact has been Jennifer… My personal contact has been Jennifer Trainham who has been excellent. She listens well, is personable and friendly while also being very professional with her advice and recommendations. My devices arrived punctually after being ordered and her followup care as described anove. The office I went to is convenient to my home,auxilliary staff have been very welcoming and I appreciate that staff have created an office space that is pleasant to the eye, even putting flowering plants by the front door. It is often that the extra touches add a welcoming feeling to the experience , which has been overall a very positive one. And I got the benefits I was looking for in using my hearing aids!

USI told Mike what I needed I told Mike what I needed. Budget, equipment and time frame, and he made it happen with a can-do attitude!! Other places either tried a bait and switch or wanted to charge WAY too much. Revolution was straight up honest!

USCheck on status of initial complimentary batteries. I didn’t feel I had received all of the batteries committed at time of purchase. Was told it was Tru Hearing’s responsibility, and Revolution couldn’t help! I contacted Tru Hearing at the number I had in my files. They researched and ultimately sent me one-year’s worth of batteries for one of my aids (I had already initially received one-year’s worth for the other directly from Tru-Hearing.). That is what Tru Hearing said I should get, one-year for each aid…I have TWO.

USI’m a first time wearer of hearing aids… I’m a first time wearer of hearing aids and I am adjusting to them better than I had expected. I’ve been back to my audiologist two times and she made adjustments that have improved my experience.
