Helps late at night With my insurance, the teladoc was $0 copay. While they couldn't help with my issue they did help determine if I could wait until the morning or needed to goto an ER. It was Sunday night so ER was the only place open if I couldn't wait. Also called in a prescription to my local pharmacy for an anti-nausea medication to help until I got to my regular doctor.

Will use again! We were so pleasantly surprised after we could not get into an urgent care for our daughter without a four hour wait that we were able to use Teladoc for a visit with a very short wait. We can’t believe how easy it was to use and how helpful the provider was.

After all the drama insurance coverage After all the drama getting into Teladoc, my experience with the physician was very good they listen they spend time they diagnose and they explain everything you need to do if it’s covered by your employer it’s even better. Sometimes you need to see a physician after hours, and you can’t leave your home. This is the best solution.

I am still shocked at how fast and easy… I am still shocked at how fast and easy that was! The coolest experience of my life (maybe a bit of an exaggeration, but WHOA!!!). I was able to register my account, set the appointment, and have the phone call appointment in the same amount of time it would have taken me to load my children up and start heading to an Urgent Care. We avoided the drive, the waiting room, and the repeating my symptoms multiple times to multiple people. It was probably the only doctor’s visit I’ve ever had that I actually felt heard and cared for! A simple health problem that had a simple solution and a fast and easy appointment to resolve the issue without unnecessary time and travel! SO COOL!

Pleasant and quick Had a really cool gal talk me through the process. Didn't even have time to finish that call before the doctor rang, got the prescription few hours later. First personal experience with these guys, even a buffoon like I could understand everything. Have my gratitude
