GBQuick Response The quick response is wonderful instead of wasting a day trying to find a provider who can squeeze you in to their schedule. I had my appointment and an hour later was taking my first dose of medication for the illness. Perfect experience! (except for the illness).

GBThe provider was respectful and… The provider was respectful and listened to the symptoms my son was having. He was able to give a diagnosis based off his symptoms and even prescribe him medication that’s been helping him feel so much better. The best part was not having to bring a sick child out of the house.

GBI am still shocked at how fast and easy… I am still shocked at how fast and easy that was! The coolest experience of my life (maybe a bit of an exaggeration, but WHOA!!!). I was able to register my account, set the appointment, and have the phone call appointment in the same amount of time it would have taken me to load my children up and start heading to an Urgent Care. We avoided the drive, the waiting room, and the repeating my symptoms multiple times to multiple people. It was probably the only doctor’s visit I’ve ever had that I actually felt heard and cared for! A simple health problem that had a simple solution and a fast and easy appointment to resolve the issue without unnecessary time and travel! SO COOL!

GBThey take out the Care in Healthcare For a company that touts immediate support i was unable to reach anyone via multiple attempts for over a week. The App is abysmal. The Doctors make the briefest attempt to contact you before hanging up. I guess they practice the FedEx method of ring the doorbell once and then walk away because they have more important priorities. I called back multiple times with an emergency situation only to get emails and texts that "we tried to reach you, WHILE I WAS IN THEIR WAITING ROOM ON THE APP. Id imagine this is the result of "expeditious healthcare with NO emphasis on CARE. I'm appalled they are in business.
