I have the best speech therapist ever… I have the best speech therapist ever Mary Martineau. She took the time to make my speech therapy sessions fit my physical needs. I'm a five year throat cancer survivor and have speech as well as swallowing issues. I would recommend her and the company as a whole to anyone who is having difficulties in this area. Everyone in the company has been super helpful is answering any questions that I have and also everyone replies quickly and compassionately.

Betterspeech.com feedback Betterspeech.com provides access to licensed speech therapists and practice materials. The website has some navigational issues that can be a little confusing. The billing process is convoluted as clients have to request a "Superbill" that is initiated by the therapist for clients to submit to insurance. Unfortunately, the therapists cannot answer questions about the billing invoice and only their personal name and address show on it. Insurance rejected my claims as they couldn't contact the company for verification. I resubmitted claims with Betterspeech.com's phone number and hope the claims are approved and that I will receive some covered reimbursement. The therapy itself was satisfactory.

Very comfortable. I really felt relaxed at the sessions. What I was looking for were practical tips on clarity and i pledge to practice everyday. The therapist had practical knowledge on what he was teaching me. Also when he was making a point and we were past time, he still continued till he finished.

Absolute scam Absolute scam. I signed up for the video library to work on my lisp, but the resources are not suitable for adult speech therapy. I have a hard time believing they'd be useful for anything. But the biggest issue is I cannot cancel my subscription! There is no option to do so on their website, and they have not responded to phone calls or emails. I've had to repeatedly dispute the charges through my bank and will be trying to find a solution to block future charges as well.

Adriana was incredible Adriana was incredibly patient and helpful when my stroke got in the way of my memory. Not only did we work through many different kinds of memory tests and exercises together, but also she helped me gradually regain my confidence, so that I could restart daily activities such as driving. Our last session was today, but some of the tools she taught me, like keeping a daily memory journal, I will probably do for the rest of my life. Thank you so much, Adriana!
