Without authorizing it, they charged our credit card $240 after the intake, before any services were rendered, and before they scheduled the first meeting. This is unheard of in the healthcare industry to charge before getting services. It has been eight days, and we still have not heard from anyone about scheduling the first appointment even though they already charged us. I finally got an email back saying they are trying to match us with someone in our area despite the fact their website advertises no wait time. How about not charging until after the first session????

ALS is a cruel disease ALS is a cruel disease. My mum is 83 and had great difficulty speaking and swallowing much of anything. The therapist had practical knowledge on what he was teaching me. Also when he was making a point and we were past time, he still continued till he finished.
