Betterspeech.com feedback Betterspeech.com provides access to licensed speech therapists and practice materials. The website has some navigational issues that can be a little confusing. The billing process is convoluted as clients have to request a "Superbill" that is initiated by the therapist for clients to submit to insurance. Unfortunately, the therapists cannot answer questions about the billing invoice and only their personal name and address show on it. Insurance rejected my claims as they couldn't contact the company for verification. I resubmitted claims with Betterspeech.com's phone number and hope the claims are approved and that I will receive some covered reimbursement. The therapy itself was satisfactory.

Better Speech has unethical business practices We got a speech therapist through Better Speech. She was good. We liked her a lot and felt she was helping our daughter. Her therapist was not earning enough money through Better Speech and decided to move on to a different company. She had already built a relationship with our little girl and we wanted to continue. However, Better Speech threatened legal action of she continued to see us. Our little girl is heart broken. We will not be using Better Speech.

Our therapist Miss Lynda was nothing short of amazing! We have greatly appreciated and enjoyed the time spent together in speech therapy. Perfect online source for SLP. Great Speech had been perfect for my son. We live in an area that is rather remote and don't have many SLP options. Great Speech has given us early intervention for our child. Our therapist is fantastic and has been working well with my toddler to keep him engaged in the session and work with us as parents.
