Great Customer Service Although I have not purchased the test, I am basing my feedback on the customer service that I received in querying. The assistant named Jordan gets a 5 stars for her amazing customer service! She was very kind, helpful and quick at responding and answering any concerns and questions I had regarding the tests. Before doing this test I suspected many intolerances Before doing this test I suspected intolerance to many of the products revealed by this company. I visited a physician last year who did a test panel and told my symptoms were nothing. Two weeks ago, I break in hives after a beer. I knew something was off. This test confirmed I have intolerance to beer. I felt dizzy and short of breath.
