Supplements for Working Dogs I ordered and received Red Paw Balanced Fat. It's a wonderful supplement for high energy, working dogs, and hard keepers. The product is hard to find on the website without a Google search (doesn't appear to be in the menu or list of supplements). The product did seem to take some time to be shipped and delivered, however arrived in good condition, and I've since ordered again. I'm really delighted that K9Cuisine carries this product, and hope they will carry additional performance supplements. I have a kennel with four operational SAR dogs and two up and coming dogs, as well as a hobby farm with three livestock guardian dogs that live out in the elements. Supplements like this are important to the industry of working dogs.

Incredible Customer Service FedEx in my area has always been problematic, but color me surprised when my order was a day late and I received a call from K9 Cuisine telling me they were looking into the issue. Two days later, when I still hadn't received my order the same customer service person called (at 7pm their time) to let me know she'd called FedEx corporate and been on hold trying to reach my nearest distribution center to see what was going on. I've had this kind of issue many times with my local FedEx, but I've never had a company work this hard to make sure I received my order. The product arrived undamaged and was reasonably priced,as well.

I placed my first order of high-end dog… I placed my first order of high-end dog food, Nutri-Source, two weeks ago as chain stores don't carry it. Found K9cuisine online with great reviews. Upon arrival, I realized I'd ordered cat food instead of dog food. I called and spoke to Margaret, a very kind person who assured me I could return it and K9cuisine would send a Fedex label. Easy! So easy that I ordered the dog food at the same time. Except, I'm a CEO of a tech company and our fire walls are tight and it was dumped into Junk. So I called today, talked to Margaret again and she patiently hung on while I worked on my end to allow her emailed PDF to get through to my inbox. It was a very uplifting interaction during these days of COVID as my experience has been that some customer service reps are not as patient.
