The lady I spoke to was excellent and I wish I could remember her name but I will know it soon since I need to order my girl another bag. Past orders at other companies were very disappointing; lost orders, no record of ordering and Amazon seller sent wrong food, NOT LARGE ADULT as My order stipulated.
