Margaret was awesome – I checked with my breeder and it is 11 o’clock there now and I don’t want to call but my breeder said the new formula the meow is actually better than the original Dave’s! I am passing this on via email and I will send it to her tomorrow because I have to work. You have a great site and the most wonderful representative working for you and or owner she is the best. Incredible Customer Service FedEx in my area has always been problematic, but color me surprised when my order was a day late and I received a call from K9 Cuisine telling me they were looking into the issue. Two days later, when I still hadn't received my order the same customer service person called (at 7pm their time) to let me know she'd called FedEx corporate and been on hold trying to reach my nearest distribution center to see what was going on. I've had this kind of issue many times with my local FedEx, but I've never had a company work this hard to make sure I received my order. The product arrived undamaged and was reasonably priced,as well.

Diamond My little white frenchie has so many food allergies and environmental. Diamond is allergic to almost every meat source except Turkey so when I was told by a friend to try the kangaroo because she has a white frenchie to... and kangaroo was not on her allergy tests. She loves it. I make all my dogs food but I wanted to offer a hard dogfood for a change that also offers nutritional benefits. They all love the taste! Thank you for offering something with variety and they don't all contain chicken fat.

Excellent company The exact product I ordered (with great stale dates) arrived sooner than I expected (less than 48 hours later) to my California home.
