GBIncredible Customer Service FedEx in my area has always been problematic, but color me surprised when my order was a day late and I received a call from K9 Cuisine telling me they were looking into the issue. Two days later, when I still hadn't received my order the same customer service person called (at 7pm their time) to let me know she'd called FedEx corporate and been on hold trying to reach my nearest distribution center to see what was going on. I've had this kind of issue many times with my local FedEx, but I've never had a company work this hard to make sure I received my order. The product arrived undamaged and was reasonably priced,as well.

GBI'd been using another supplier I'd been using another supplier, but the ship time was just too long, so decided to try someone different. Am happy to see that I received my first shipment within 3 days of ordering, which is what I was hoping for. Thanks!

GBAmazingly fast service on a hard-to-find food! Was happy to find a product that the manufacturer even did not currently have in stock! As K9 cuisine is listed as being located in Nebraska, I was certainly thinking it'd be a few days before getting my order. Imagine my surprise when it got here the NEXT DAY - they must have a network throughout the country they can tag to get orders to customers ASAP. Kudos! This should be more widely known 😁

GBThis order was shipped to the wrong… This order was shipped to the wrong address and luckily the person who received it who lives quite far from me was able to find me through google so I was able to retrieve the order. This is completely unacceptable for this purchase amount.

GBI placed my first order of high-end dog… I placed my first order of high-end dog food, Nutri-Source, two weeks ago as chain stores don't carry it. Found K9cuisine online with great reviews. Upon arrival, I realized I'd ordered cat food instead of dog food. I called and spoke to Margaret, a very kind person who assured me I could return it and K9cuisine would send a Fedex label. Easy! So easy that I ordered the dog food at the same time. Except, I'm a CEO of a tech company and our fire walls are tight and it was dumped into Junk. So I called today, talked to Margaret again and she patiently hung on while I worked on my end to allow her emailed PDF to get through to my inbox. It was a very uplifting interaction during these days of COVID as my experience has been that some customer service reps are not as patient.
