We have moved to a new state and it appears local distributors do not carry this brand. Web searches, brought me to you, one of the few companies who sell this product. I placed my first order of high-end dog… I placed my first order of high-end dog food, Nutri-Source, two weeks ago as chain stores don't carry it. Found K9cuisine online with great reviews. Upon arrival, I realized I'd ordered cat food instead of dog food. I called and spoke to Margaret, a very kind person who assured me I could return it and K9cuisine would send a Fedex label. Easy! So easy that I ordered the dog food at the same time. Except, I'm a CEO of a tech company and our fire walls are tight and it was dumped into Junk. So I called today, talked to Margaret again and she patiently hung on while I worked on my end to allow her emailed PDF to get through to my inbox. It was a very uplifting interaction during these days of COVID as my experience has been that some customer service reps are not as patient.

Awesome food!!! I finally found a food my German Shepherd will eat. I’ve gone through at least 7 different brands. I would’ve never known about Red Paw if it wasn’t for Mark and K9 Mattis, he posted it on his Instagram account recently, so I decided to try it. Ziva would go days without eating her food, now with Red Paw, she eats it as soon as I put it down. I’ve also noticed that she doesn’t scratch or bite at her paws like she did with her previous foods. This was my last food we would try before going to a raw diet. I’m very satisfied and so is Ziva :)
