Great customer service Our schertz TX location has a wonderful manager Jessica Morgan she is very knowledgeable and professional..I had some issues that were resolved immediately..the customer service I received there was exceptional.. get that each branch location may not be the same but I have nothing but praise for this one.

Terrible. Shop elsewhere. I’ve had 5 pairs of glasses re-lensed by Stanton over the last 3 years, and until recently they were all good. But they’ve recently changed labs and hired all new store staff, and the result is terrible. The last set of lenses had to be redone 3 times, and finally they gave up and refunded my purchase. The new lab is unreliable - the store staff admit the lab staff is all new and inexperienced. The store staff is completely incompetent, making repeated observable errors. It is as if Stanton has abandoned any staff training and is hiring anyone willing to work. They’ve lost my business, and I recommend shopping for glasses elsewhere.

Stanton Optical in Tallahassee was…the worst Stanton Optical in Tallahassee was another wake up call about falling for advertising. Nothing they said they did (2 for 1, same day, free eye exam) were available. Why I didn’t walk out when the three diagnostic devises were dusty and worse! Of course the lens needed for the inexpensive glasses were not in stock. They wrote up a ridiculous bill for a pair of $25 frames with just distance lens for $300 I let them know I was not going to accept that price as it fulfilled nothing that they advertised. The best that the now obviously angry employee offered was $159. The glasses caused me to see double! I returned them but still got stuck with paying for the free eye exam $59! What a negative experience!

2 glassed for $79 OR 1 pair for $210, I got the later 2 glassed for $79, oh how I wish wish wish this were true. Just got an amazing deal for one pair, only $210.00 at Stanton Optical there is an explanation for everything, this year the glasses were only a replacement off a prescription that was taken exactly 2 years ago. No work or exam took place this time around, just a replacement pair off the 2 year old exam and ONLY $210, love it. Two years ago, the single pair of glasses going off the similar deal which was one pair for $59, same day. However, two years ago I paid $165 for one pair delivered 2 weeks later. Please choose wisely on where you get your glasses from.

Unprofessional, cheats, and liars Unprofessional in the extreme. Wasted my time w two hour drive- twice...insisted they were open when I checked before the drive but doors locked. 8 other people out baking in the heat- our glasses are all finished and we only wanted to pick them up. Some folks drove 170 miles in and this is their third trip- they screwed up the scrip twice already. Glasses were pricier than advertised-no reason- since I chose the cheapest frame.. optometrist was practically a robot on a screen. No remorse bubble gum smacking pierced children running this store- hiding behind closed doors. Corporate hanging up on us or saying they “couldn’t reach” the manager?!?! These guys do not deserve your business- save yourself hassle! Go elsewhere!!
