I tweeted about my frustrations and Setra reached out to me to help. They helped me more than my actual host so I decided to give them a try. Poor communication, never did get my account up and running. My current host had been experiencing issues, and I needed a new host fast. I decided to take a chance on SetraHost. After a helpful chat, I signed up and opened a migration ticket. At first everything seemed to be going fine, but then they said they were about to begin and it would be done shortly. But two days, later, despite my inquiries, they still hadn't finished or replied to my ticket. I opened a billing ticket to cancel and billing replied right away and refunded me per their guarantee. I never did hear from tech support (migration) again and closed my account. Maybe it's a fluke, I don't know, but I am looking for good communication and reliability and didn't find that here.
