I made the switch to SetraHost almost a year ago and support has been fantastic! The migration of my website was extremely smooth and I faced minimal downtime, barely any! If there are any issues, SetraHost support posts regularly to keep their customers informed. Honest communication--that makes all the difference. Plus, their rates are extremely fair. Can't thank them enough!

GBSetra has been helpful since the… Setra has been helpful since the beginning. I was having issues with my prior hosting company with downtime, slowness and lack of support. I tweeted about my frustrations and Setra reached out to me to help. They helped me more than my actual host so I decided to give them a try. They moved my website for me and got me back online within the hour. My website is now faster and it's half the price.

GBSmall Business who promises not to increase the price! I tweeted about how I wanted to take my blog self-hosted back in Feb 2019 and SetraHost got in touch and kindly offered to work with me. I really appreciated how 'real' the conversations and support I received felt. The fact that they also promise to never increase their prices was a big one for me too, as many other hosting companies charge stupid amounts in the second year. I had a few issues with accessing my blog back in the Summer where I had messed up my settings and it did take them a longer time than expected to fix but they did so respectfully and also apologised. SetraHost do have room for improvement and are not perfect but if you are looking to invest in a small business and recieve personal support then SetraHost may be for you!
