Highly recommended hosting service! I decided to switch to SetraHost because I needed a provider that didn't restrict their users from accessing things. SetraHost has been fast and I've been able to easily access the services I need. My welcome email included everything I needed to get set up quickly, and breeze through setting up my reseller plan since I manage multiple websites. I haven't needed support for anything, but I have asked a couple of questions about potential upgrades, and I always receive a reply within minutes. Pricing is excellent as well for what you get. I can highly recommend this host because they care more about their customers than the big name hosts where you're just a client #.

Started off very well From my perspective, SetraHost are a new player in the hosting market which probably explains their determination to establish a great reputation. Since moving to them, they have been professional, knowledgeable and responsive. It's fair to say they have exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of website hosting. This paragraph written in July 2020. Update- December 28th 2020. All servers down and no response from customer service or via Twitter. Problem now resolved but I took one star off.
