Highly recommended hosting service! I decided to switch to SetraHost because I needed a provider that didn't restrict their users from accessing things. SetraHost has been fast and I've been able to easily access the services I need. My welcome email included everything I needed to get set up quickly, and breeze through setting up my reseller plan since I manage multiple websites. I haven't needed support for anything, but I have asked a couple of questions about potential upgrades, and I always receive a reply within minutes. Pricing is excellent as well for what you get.
