A Formidable Newcomer to the Customer Support Space We recently switched to Desku and have been very pleased with the product so far. Our primary use is website chat and knowledge base and it is nice having both in the same SaaS product. The product is relatively new, but the developers appear to be releasing new features quickly and are open to user feedback. The onboarding was pretty straightforward and so far our team prefers using Desku vs our previous option.

I have nothing but good things to say… I have nothing but good things to say about this chat help center solution. I have chosen this app over many options and even over the free options. They have a very active team and strong leadership. The power of chatbots and chat services is nothing to discount in the world of online business and e-commerce. I would highly recommend this team! I have had their chat live on my site and only had a couple of formatting issues that they were able to fix right up when I contacted them. They are definitely the group you want to work with.

The product is solid and easy to work… The product is solid and easy to work on. A robust live chat feature is the gem. Setting up an account to live customer support is really not going to take much time. They put a lot of thought processes into the UI as I found it so easy to work on. The only con I see is the customer support from desku. I submitted tickets a couple of times and never receive a reply, but they seem very active on Facebook community group.

simple and easy I feel like I have tried every customer support saas out there and some have all the features under the sun but only gets more complicated as a result. I feel Desku has a good balance, keeps it simple and just works effectively
