USDesku.io is an amazing helpdesk solution I have a number of helpdesk/live chat SaaS subscriptions but after using DeskU this past month, I'm starting to feel that I can move my businesses fully to DeskU. They are consistently pushing out updates, they listen to the community, and the app itself is quite good already. At this pace, they'll be one of the best/most popular helpdesk options around within a year. Keep up the great work!

CAThe product is solid and easy to work… The product is solid and easy to work on. A robust live chat feature is the gem. Setting up an account to live customer support is really not going to take much time. They put a lot of thought processes into the UI as I found it so easy to work on. The only con I see is the customer support from desku. I submitted tickets a couple of times and never receive a reply, but they seem very active on Facebook community group.
