Fast and easy bot builder Fast and easy bot builder. Recipes are simple and easy to create. There isn't a lot of complicated functionality. Simple bot that gets the job done. Excited that this will integrate directly with Desku helpdesk to create tickets for service work.

Replaced Freshdesk with Desku Replaced Freshdesk with Desku. Good email deliverability, nice UI (a bit similar to Freshdesk), great features including shared inbox for multiple sites/brands, live chat, chatbot, social inbox, and knowledge base. Compared to other newcomers in Helpdesk software space like ThriveDesk and LabiDesk, Desku is clearly the winner by miles.

Good features and easy user interface I've been using Desku for a little while now and I'm really happy with it. The app is really user-friendly and makes it easy to keep track of all my customer conversations. I also love the way Desku makes it easy to add notes to each customer's profile. This has been a good help when trying to remember details about each customer's preferences.

5 Stars ⭐ All-in-One Customer Support Platform As a early Desku adopter, I have seen new features being added to the platform on a regular basis since the begining. I am using it in 3 of my businesses and I am super satisfied with it. Documentation is not always covering all there is to know but the UI is pretty intuitive and getting support is quite fast. The only thing that would be great to be added to the Desku ecosystem to make it the ultimate Customer Support SaaS offering would be an AI for Deskubot, but I'm pretty sure it is somewhere in their features roadmap.
