GBGood features and easy user interface I've been using Desku for a little while now and I'm really happy with it. The app is really user-friendly and makes it easy to keep track of all my customer conversations. I also love the way Desku makes it easy to add notes to each customer's profile. This has been a good help when trying to remember details about each customer's preferences.

GBReplaced Freshdesk with Desku Replaced Freshdesk with Desku. Good email deliverability, nice UI (a bit similar to Freshdesk), great features including shared inbox for multiple sites/brands, live chat, chatbot, social inbox, and knowledge base. Compared to other newcomers in Helpdesk software space like ThriveDesk and LabiDesk, Desku is clearly the winner by miles.
