They have a very active team and strong leadership. The power of chatbots and chat services is nothing to discount in the world of online business and e-commerce. I would highly recommend this team! I have had their chat live on my site and only had a couple of formatting issues that they were able to fix right up when I contacted them. They are definitely the group you want to work with.

USA Formidable Newcomer to the Customer Support Space We recently switched to Desku and have been very pleased with the product so far. Our primary use is website chat and knowledge base and it is nice having both in the same SaaS product. The product is relatively new, but the developers appear to be releasing new features quickly and are open to user feedback. The onboarding was pretty straightforward and so far our team prefers using Desku vs our previous option.
