GBI was waiting on a therapist… I was waiting on having a therapist contact me from US Service Animals but due to my phone carrier sending blocked calls to my voicemail I had to look for another alternative company that will provide me an ESA letter for my pup. Lightweight panicking Pettable ESA popped up on my IG feed - I thought I would give them a chance. I couldnt believe how easy it was to apply and book an appointment with a licensed therapist. I now have a working therapist & waiting to be approved for my housing letter. Will definitely look to Pettable for all my future ESA letters.

GBLearned a lot with task Learned a lot with task. Already had him doing basic things. Would love to see more concerning PSD training with task examples. Like clearing a room/crowd for me to get through. Lights, find. Have hand lick accomplished, just transitioned touch to hand lick when having issues. Need more. Also would prefer certificate laminate and mailed. Thanks

GBHave had a really fantastic experience… Have had a really fantastic experience working with Pettable. I was paired with a therapist immediately and was able to schedule a phone call within 24 hours. Aubrey was so supportive and easy to talk to, and she made sure I knew what to expect throughout the process. After our conversation, I received my letter within a day. In addition, Aubrey responded to subsequent follow-up questions quickly even though it had been months since our initial conversation. She's been transparent and helpful throughout the process. Great experience overall!

GBVery accommodating We were able to easily reschedule to accommodate our translation needs and the representative was very understanding and helpful in our situation. We were able to get approved and in a matter of 15 minutes and the entire process was very straightforward from the start. Thank you so much.
