GBA helpful private practice partner Headway has provided a positive experience for my business, to allow me to expand my client base and boost my weekly bookings. Their support with credentialing and billing allows me to focus on my clients. I appreciate their support team and quick responses when needing help. The only thing I've run into that causes disruption is occasionally a situation where an insurance plan unexpectedly isn't accepted or there is a discrepancy in what the client was expecting for their copay. It seems the support team does their best to help in these times though.

GBI appreciate Headway I appreciate Headway and all the work they do to panel with insurance for me. Some of the rates are extremely low and I wish that would change. I do like the platform and I’m happy that I have found Headway.

GBI have been very impressed with the… I have been very impressed with the quick support responses, quick payouts and easy system to navigate! The only downfall, is I feel I should be paid more for my services, I feel Headway takes a large chunk per appointment and I wish this was decreased.
