USSURPRISE CHARGED 4X SO FAR - BEWARE I am on EAP and have been surprise-charged $109-370 FOUR TIMES so far. How is a company whose sole job is booking and billing patients THIS BAD at their ONE JOB?? They're surprise billing mental health patients who are on assistance programs. This app has legitimately added more anxiety to my life which is absolutely absurd. THERAPISTS AND PATIENTS please look elsewhere.

USI appreciate Headway I appreciate Headway and all the work they do to panel with insurance for me. Some of the rates are extremely low and I wish that would change. I do like the platform and I’m happy that I have found Headway.

USA helpful private practice partner Headway has provided a positive experience for my business, to allow me to expand my client base and boost my weekly bookings. Their support with credentialing and billing allows me to focus on my clients. I appreciate their support team and quick responses when needing help. The only thing I've run into that causes disruption is occasionally a situation where an insurance plan unexpectedly isn't accepted or there is a discrepancy in what the client was expecting for their copay. It seems the support team does their best to help in these times though.

CAI asked to cancel my subscription less… I asked to cancel my subscription less than an hour after signing up and was denied, and have been unable to access any material since signing up a month ago. On April 16th, I emailed to request assistance accessing material and received this response on April 20th… “Your ticket was marked as resolved. If you still have unresolved issues or additional questions, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team. However, since we didn't receive a response from you for more than 96 hours, the ticket was marked as solved.” Yes, I still have an issue…I’ve paid for 3 months and have yet been able to access any material. I am very, very disappointed in the money I have wasted in this unreliable platform.
