GBSURPRISE CHARGED 4X SO FAR - BEWARE I am on EAP and have been surprise-charged $109-370 FOUR TIMES so far. How is a company whose sole job is booking and billing patients THIS BAD at their ONE JOB?? They're surprise billing mental health patients who are on assistance programs. This app has legitimately added more anxiety to my life which is absolutely absurd. THERAPISTS AND PATIENTS please look elsewhere.

GBIt is a good experience with the… It is a good experience with the exception of getting Provider support. Provider support is terrible. They never answer my questions and there is no way to speak with anyone.

GBA helpful private practice partner Headway has provided a positive experience for my business, to allow me to expand my client base and boost my weekly bookings. Their support with credentialing and billing allows me to focus on my clients. I appreciate their support team and quick responses when needing help. The only thing I've run into that causes disruption is occasionally a situation where an insurance plan unexpectedly isn't accepted or there is a discrepancy in what the client was expecting for their copay. It seems the support team does their best to help in these times though.
