My therapist Quinsea has been… My therapist Quinsea has been wonderful. She actively listens, throws questions that makes me think that has helped me realize that some things aren't as bad as they really are. She gives homework that has been helpful. Quinsea validates how I am feeling or thinking during our sessions, she is very easy to talk to and calming.

Highly Recommend Very easy to use and I was able to see a therapist within a week and I like him a lot. Also, not having to personally deal with insurance is amazing. I just pay Rula my copay and that's it. For someone who's put off getting help for so long because I thought it would be arduous, Rula has been a lifesaver.
