I have been very happy with Cerebral I have been very happy with Cerebral. Makes it easy and my provider is fantastic. They are fast to respond and the app is super easy to use. Couldn’t be happier. Dr.James Brown is outstanding.

I appreciate how thorough my clinicians are.. I appreciate how thorough my clinicians are. Scheduling is quick and usually easy. The app can be buggy but it’s better than it was a couple years. I assume it will continue to improve. Keep in mind that if you don’t mesh with a provider, just keep switching until you find one you like.

I would do a 4 1/2 stars but I can only… I would do a 4 1/2 stars but I can only do four or five the price is high but the quality of care convenience and level of understanding without judgement was on another level never did I once feel misunderstood or like how I’m feeling was/is wrong. Only positivity… also they have a pharmacy that can ship the medication directly to you if you don’t want to go to the pharmacy and pick up the prescription(s). Overall was nice just more expensive than most online mental health services available.

Easy solution and affordable I waited 6 months to get a new psych because my last one charged me $300 every month just to represcribe my monthly prescription. Cerebral found me a provider for a flat fee of $90 with no hidden cost and then I got my prescription 2 days later. My provider was understanding so I’ll be seeing him every 3 months as I should 🩷

Fine if you’re in a pinch, but avoid it if you can. Fine if you’re in a pinch, but it’s always about money. Their policy doesn’t allow them to give a referral after an account is cancelled. I originally signed up because I didn’t have insurance, I saw them and ended being hospitalized for an attempt. After the hospital, I was eligible for insurance but it took a while to get set up and this was the only way to continue my medications. Back to present day, I am needing PHP because I am concerned about this happening again with my current circumstance. I cancelled my account because o didn’t want to pay and additional fee on top of the fees I have to pay for treatment. It’s only been 2 days btw since it was canceled btw. The only reason I’m writing this is if you may be needing higher level care in person mental healthcare, you’ll need to make sure you get a referral before you cancel or you’ll be scrambling like me. Thankfully I have someone that is able to help me figure out next steps. Anyone who suffers from a mental illness can understand how difficult it can be navigating these things. Good luck everyone and stay well. *update* As you can see in the reply (I also received an email) they apologized and reiterated the policy. It’s patronizing and condescending at this point. Not sure what the goal is here…considering the email exchange was plainly stating that I will continue to share my experience so no one else has to get caught up in a mental health crisis not having proper support. They are a business and if we are expected to be paying customers, then we have every right to share our experience. Especially at the expense of our health and safety.
